JLaw Book Tag(aka pick Cassandra Clare's books for everything)

*This is Tashapolis' version!
I am so so in love with Jennifer Lawrence so when I saw that there was a tag, I just had to do it... so here I am!

1. Swearing off social media- A book you refuse to read?
I actually have no idea why I refuse to read The Maze Runner. I've seen the movie, which I thought was confusing, but good. I think that it's maybe because I've heard so many bad reviews on it that I won't even bother anymore.

2. The Oscar trip- A book/series that hit a snag?

All of Cassandra Clare's books have pretty big obstacles. I think my biggest book plot twist would have to be the whole Magister thing in The Infernal Devices. I love how great of a writer Cass is and how she can create such emotionally intense villains that make the story so much awesomer!

3. The viral TSwift photobomb at the Golden Globes: A book/series you didn't know would get so popular?

I don't really know, but I guess Paper Towns, in a way. When I read it, I hated it. No offense, I adored The Fault In Our Stars, but Paper Towns was not my jam. Now they're making a movie??? I just don't get it anymore...

4. Work with David O. Russel- Dysfunctional character you can't help but love?

The best characters are dysfunctional, honestly. My favorite is Will Herondale. Ahhhh the dysfunctionality of that guy just makes him even better. And to think that once I hated him for being so rude... he is such a great character, definitely my favorite of Cassandra's.

5. Mystique- A villain who thinks they're doing what's right?

Once again, I am chosing one of Cassandra Clare's characters. Valentine Morgenstern. So many love Sebastian, which I don't understand. Valentine actually thought that what he was doing was correct and was good for his people, Sebastian was just selfish.

6. Bradley cooper: What author do you find yourself always coming back to?

I really don't have one. However, if Stephanie Perkins continues on with the Anna and The French Kiss books, I'm all for that. We need more Anna and Etienne goodness!

7. Spoiled for Homeland on National television: A plot line you were spoiled for?

Oh my god, I saw this video and it was so so funny, Jen was just so mad at the interviewer, which she has every right to be. Anyways, I was spoiled for the end of The Mortal Instruments: City of Heavenly Fire, by my friend, who is an insane fan. It's the thing that happens to Simon*wink*. And thinking about it now, my friend also spoiled the thing with Jem for me, dammit.

8. The Hunger Games- Favorite high profile series?

Am I allowed to pick The Hunger Games? I feel like lots of the Hunger Games excitement from when Catching Fire(movie) was released has died down. It's still my ultimate favorite series. It's the series that got me reading, so naturally, I love it. No series compares to it in any form. I think lots of you feel that way for Harry Potter or Twilight. Like, it's my baby, don't hurt it!

9. Everyone's obsession with being her best friend: A character who's make your ultimate best friend?

I think I'd like to be best friends with Tessa from The Infernal Devices. She's so ladylike and she adores books, so we can recommend books to each other and talk about them for hours. Plus, I think she's really really smart and you know, you are who you hang out with. Okay, fine, and she comes with Will Herondale, so...

10. Everything she's ever said- Favorite comedic/snarky character?

Currently, I am reading Rebel Belle and Harper's sass is just too much sometimes. It's not even what she says to people(though that is hilarious), it's what she's thinking. The way her mind works is pretty darn witty and I think mine works the same way, so I can really connect.
